Redcastle Blueberry Old Tom Gin 5cl Miniature

Made with Blueberries grown at East Seaton Farm in Arbroath and sweetened to make a moreish Old Tom style gin.  Best served over ice with a quality lemonade and blueberry garnish.Nose – A rich golden amber. Complex, sherried, deliciously peated, light butterscotch aromas, with a hint of dried fruit.
Palate – Full bodied with a superb balance of sherried sweetness, malty tones and peaty flavours.
Finish – Long lasting, gloriously sherried, sweet, gently smoky and distinguished.
