In a nod to traditional gin styles, Pinkster have launched their triple juniper base gin as Naked Pinkster. This is the core spirit they use to create Pinkster with before adding the fresh raspberries. Naked Pinkster is styled like an old school gin, made with lots of juniper.Nose – Deep peaty-gold. Complex, oaky, apples and pears, and a tempting dark toffee sweetness.
Palate – Dry and assertive, develops quickly to reveal a rich spiciness, combined with a hint of oak and sherried fruit.
Finish – Amazingly smooth for the strength; wonderfully warming with a lingering smokiness, yet very rounded
