Pig’s Nose 5cl Miniature

Nose – Gristy and youthful, some fruit, barley malt, porridge. Young but very sweet.

Palate – Creamy and sweet. Soft, gentle, quite gristy, rather oily and slightly coastal. Hints of salt.

Finish – Medium length, salty butters and caramel.
