Lost Mexican Cafe, created from Jalisco-grown agave, undergoes infusion with coffee beans and vanilla before a coastal Cornish resting period in Mezcal Barrels. Its aromatic profile includes freshly roasted coffee and chocolate hints on the nose, a rich and robust taste with prominent vanilla notes, and a finish marked by a subtle spiced baked agave character.
