This is Height of Arrows Gin from Holyrood Distillery, their tribute to the city of Edinburgh and the people who call it home.  With juniper, beeswax and sea salt, this many layered gin has been distilled by a team of local whisky makers who are dedicated to shaping the spirit of tomorrow.  Best enjoyed at 251 miles above sea level – the height of Arthur’s Seat – an ancient volcano which is the main peak of a group of hills in Edinburgh.
