Ingredients
Gin Bothy Rhubarb — 35 Ml, Fennel, Finely Diced With Some Grated Ginger — 55 G, Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice — 30 Ml, Soda Water, Fresh Ginger & Rhubarb
Method
Add All The Ingredients Except The Soda To A Shaker, Fill Two Thirds Of The Way Up With Ice And Shake Hard For 20 Seconds, Fill A Glass With Ice, Strain The Mixture Into The Glass And Top With Soda Water. Add A Shard Of Fresh Ginger And A Slice Of Rhubarb.Nose – Sweet, with toffee and popcorn aromas and slightly nutty tones coming through.
Palate – Clean, with green apples and hints of sweet liquorice.
Finish – Long, rich finish.
